Our protection tools

cv9998 provides a range of effective tools to help you keep your gaming experience safe and in control.

Set a deposit limit

Set the maximum amount you can deposit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. A notice period applies to increasing a limit, but reducing it is instant.

Session time limit

Set the maximum time for each gaming session. When the set time is up, you will be automatically alerted. Managing your time consciously makes gaming more enjoyable.

Loss limit

Gaming will automatically stop once you have lost more than a set amount. This tool protects you from large financial losses. Play in a healthy way within your budget.

Time-out (temporary break)

Take a temporary break for any period from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. Your account will be locked during this time. Your account will reopen automatically when the break ends.

Self-exclusion

If you feel gaming is getting out of control, activate a full self-exclusion for a period of 6 months to 5 years. No promotional messages will be sent during this time and your account will be completely inactive.

Reality check reminder

A pop-up will appear at set intervals to remind you how long you have been playing and how much you have won or lost. This awareness is the foundation of responsible play.

21+

For ages 21 and above only

The minimum age to create an account and play at cv9998 is 21 years. You will be required to confirm your age at registration. Keeping minors away from gaming is our ethical responsibility.

Keep spending time with family and continue your hobbies.
Do not share your gaming account password with others.
Do not allow minors to use your account.
